Tato is JRP’s neighbor. He’s 78. He has a daughter who loves him, a lot of prescriptions, and a calendar full of appointments he didn’t ask for.

He’s also sharp, kind, and very ready to tell you when something feels like too much. The existing apps on his phone felt like too much. He deleted them.
